Terms of Use

This is a general template and should be reviewed by a lawyer.

By using HajzyNow (the Site) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The service: the Site is an intermediary that lets customers book appointments or tables at cafes, salons, barbershops and clinics. The service delivered at the venue is the sole responsibility of the business, and the Site is not a party to the relationship between customer and business.

Bookings: a customer books with a name and phone number and no account, and must enter correct details and either attend on time or cancel within the period the business sets. The customer pays for the service at the venue. The Site may limit the number of bookings per phone number to prevent abuse.

Business owners: a business is responsible for the accuracy of its page, prices and opening hours, for honoring confirmed bookings, and for not posting content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others. The platform may hide content or suspend an account for violations.

Subscriptions: a new business gets a free trial. After it ends a paid subscription is required according to the plans shown in the dashboard, paid through Wayl. When a subscription expires the business page is hidden from the public until it is renewed. Completed payments are refunded only by decision of the platform administration.

Reviews: reviews are allowed only after a completed visit. The administration may hide any abusive or incorrect review.

Acceptable use: you must not attack or disrupt the Site, scrape its data automatically, impersonate others or send fake bookings.

Limitation of liability: the Site is provided as is without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. The platform is not liable for the quality of services provided by businesses, nor for indirect losses or losses caused by a cancelled or delayed appointment, and in all cases its liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law and to no more than the subscription fees the business paid in the last twelve months.

Intellectual property: the brand, design and software of the Site belong to the platform. A business keeps the rights to its content and grants the platform a license to display it on the Site.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes: we may amend these terms from time to time, and continued use after publication means you accept the amendment.
