Reviews and Content Policy
Principle
Reviews and content on HajzyNow are created by customers and businesses; they are not the platform's opinion. The platform is an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy of what others post.
Who can review
A review is allowed after a completed visit, one review per visit. The business can reply publicly.
What is not allowed
• Unlawful content, threats, hate or harassment. • False content, paid or fake reviews, impersonation. • Publishing other people's personal data (phone numbers, addresses, health information). • Content that infringes intellectual property rights. • Spam and harmful links.
Reporting and takedown
If you see content that breaks these rules or affects your rights, write to the privacy email or to support and include: the page link or business name, the date and text of the content, why you object, and your name and how to reach you. We will review the report and reply to you. If the content appears to break the rules we hide it, temporarily or permanently, and tell the person who posted it so they can respond. They may object and give their reasons, and we will look again. We tell both sides the outcome. The administration can hide any review from the admin area and restore it when needed.
Repeated violations
We may warn an account, hide its content or suspend it for repeated or serious violations.
Official requests
We consider documented legal requests under the applicable law.
