Affiliate program terms

This is a general template and should be reviewed by a lawyer.

These are general terms for the affiliate program; have a lawyer review them before relying on them.

Joining: any adult may sign up. The administration may require approval of the application, and the details you give must be true.

Commission: a commission is earned only on real subscription payments made through the platform (a payment confirmed by Wayl or a manual payment recorded by the administration). The free month and free grants earn nothing. The administration sets the rates, amounts and tiers, and any change applies to future sales only.

Hold and approval: a commission stays pending during a hold period set by the administration and is cancelled automatically if the payment is refunded or reversed during it.

Attribution: a business is credited to the affiliate through their personal link, their code or the administration, and stays credited to them unless the administration changes it with a recorded reason.

Payouts: approved balances are paid by the method you chose once the minimum payout set by the administration is reached.

Prohibited conduct: you must not register your own business, or one owned by you or your relatives, to earn a commission; send spam; impersonate the platform; use automated means to generate fake clicks or sign-ups; or make false promises to businesses.

Suspension: the administration may pause or ban any account and cancel unpaid commissions when these terms are broken or fraud is suspected.

Changes: we may amend these terms from time to time, and continuing in the program means you accept the amendment.
